I want to thank the entire HOMA team because they were very kind, they answered my messages very quickly or any need we had during the stay, the lady at the reception Ale Lozano was so nice and kind to us and was always on the lookout, we were completely grateful and happy, I am a nature lover and this stay was perfect, of course I will return and I recommend it 100%

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at HOMA immensely. Nilda, our host, was friendly and quick to respond. Ale and the on-site team were helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! We loved the remote location, but it should be mentioned that the roads are not paved or marked, however, the on-site scooter rentals ($30/day USD) make it easy to zip into town. Would definitely stay again!

Nilda and Carlos are amazing hosts. I was made to feel so comfortable from the moment that I arrived and they immediately responded to any request that I made. The apartment is very spacious and it's gorgeous. The bed is comfy and I enjoyed waking up to jungle views from my bed. The apartment is so well equipped. It even has a brand-new washer and dryer combo in the kitchen which AirBnb's rarely have. The energy in the entire property is so peaceful and they have free bikes and scooters and electric bikes for rent which makes it easy to get around. I will definitely come back because I love it here. Muchas Gracias para todo.

We had a wonderful stay at Homa. All the amenities were available as listed. We loved the access to the bikes which we were allowed to ride all over Tulum. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

I enjoyed my first month here so much I extended for a second month. the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really like hearing and seeing all the birds around. the apartments are very private and inspire creativity. I really enjoyed my stay.

Hosts were so quick and responsive to our requests. They ordered us taxis and made our reservation at the affiliated beach resort (which there are 2 options!). The front desk staff helped us get laundry detergent to do a quick load too. Many people in the reviews complain about the noise of construction around but its not THAT bad. There's tons of new places being built, so if you're not on the beach or main town strip, I guarantee you'll hear construction anywhere in the day There are free bikes and scooters to rent for a daily fee. It's really quiet, tucked away, and a nice get away. We wish we could've stayed longer and would definitely come back here.
